Returns Policy

Customers have the right to return a product, and we ensure to provide a full refund within 15 days of receiving the products. However, Anecdotale.com will not return the damaged, processed or used goods. 

Customers must ensure to send your return back with tracking. Once returned, the money processing may take a maximum of seven business days to be back in the original source. In the case of regular e-purchase, the customer is liable for the return postage. In case of a complaint or missed delivery, Anecdotale.com stands for return, postage.

Returns from outside India must be marked as returns along with the original value of the returned goods to be cleared in Indian customs.

Complaints

The products can be claimed against the original payment statement or a valid receipt in case of a manufacturing defect. Goods damaged due to wear will not be considered defective. Anecdotale.com will replace the wrong product with a new one, depending on the availability. If the product is out of stock, customers will be provided with a full refund, including return and shipping costs. Customers must contact Anecdotale.com first before the defective item is returned.
